On weekends and public holidays until July 31st, Chef Gustavo has pulled from his time as a PAULISTANO to create a menu inspired by the melting pot of cultures that define São Paulo state and its eclectic capital city.
Priced from 370HKD/person, brunch-goers can feast on FIVE starters and street snacks with origins from the Portuguese, European, Brazilian, Japanese and traditional inhabitants of the region; from Bolovo (Paulista scotch egg), to Oshizushi (torched salmon sushi) and a spicy bowl of mussels Marisco Lambe-Lambe.
Next, choose one (between two) from a menu of four sharing mains like the Porco na Cachaça (grilled pork chop served with a cachaça-infused sauce), or the Frutos de Mar na Manteiga de Miso, a seafood medley of flavours and techniques influenced by the migrant communities of São Paulo.
Of course, no UMA NOTA brunch is complete without our staggering Dessert Platter and additional free-flow packages from 195HKD (bubbles & beer) or 245HKD (cocktails & more)!
