Celebrate with an Oriental affair this Valentine's Day, as BEDU has thoughtfully put together a special six-course menu. To start, a Mezze Platter is served, including BEDU’s signature Homemade Flatbread and our silky smooth hummus, followed by our famous Lavender infused honey baked feta, followed by a Tagine of Scallops from the Red Sea, a Beef tournedos with BEDU spiced foie gras served with golden rice pilaf, wild mushrooms & berries. Guests will end their meal with an exclusive dessert in collaboration with Folie HK, a peppered strawberry crumble, lychee & rose petals.
While at Uma Nota, we are getting romantic with our Valentine’s Day menus starring Brazilian Japanese specialties only available on February 14th. Guests will enjoy six courses for 688HKD/person with four different starters including the Casquinha de Atum, a spicy tuna, avocado & tobiko in a black sesame cone, and the Wagyu nigiri, followed by a Rib-eye steak with tare sauce, egg yolk, shimeji served with confit potatoes, and of course the Valentine's special, Strawberry crumble with lychee & rose to seal the deal.
