With a new season comes new dishes, Chef Gustavo has made some changes to the lunch menu at Uma Nota. If you're a vegan or just want to cut on your meat consumption, come try our Vegan Udon prepared with peanut sauce, snow peas, mushrooms, dried shallots and sesame.
