Our restaurants are proudly joining Zero Foodprint Asia to help Hong Kong understand and reduce its effect on climate change. The program which originates from California is focused on funding farming projects to draw down carbon emissions and here, the dynamic duo of Peggy Chan and Joel Tomas from Grassroots Initiatives are mobilizing the Hong Kong movement!
